TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WonderFil Specialty Threads EU, further addressed as WST, is a wholesale, licensed and / or registered business, not retail consumer. We require a copy of a valid business license or a business registration certificate in order to purchase any merchandise.

ORDER MINIMUMS & SHIPMENT

Orders do not require a minimum purchase but freight charges are not included. The customer is responsible for shipping charges except for Dutch customers with a minimum order or € 400, -. WST reserves the right to use their discretion to be used for shipment. Orders are shipped via POSTNL and WST is not responsible for delays, shortages or errors made by the manufacturer. If items are damaged in transit, the claim is directly related to the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of an order.

BACKORDERS

Back-orderable merchandise that is not currently in stock will remain at the first available opportunity. Unshipped items that will not return in stock will be canceled, unless the customer gives specific instructions.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUSALS

A 15% re-stock fee will be charged on canceled merchandise and refused shipments. The customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges on refused shipments. Frequent cancellations or refused orders may lead to a change in credit terms or account closure.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. All requests must be made within 7 days. Special order items are non-returnable. Authorized merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and free of any markings. Items returned as damaged. WST credit will be shipped in error or product that is considered damaged. Credits will be applied to the original invoice. WST reserves the right to refuse any returns.

PAYMENT

WST accepts bank transfer. First time customers, who do not have terms, require a 100% deposit on orders to ship. Failure of our terms customers to pay promptly may result in a change of terms. Orders have to be paid within 30 days; all invoices are aged from the ship date. A service charge or 5% per 14 days can be charged on past due accounts.
